GameLink Porn Classics: ‘Rambone XXX’
Origins/background: The mainstream Rambo franchise became better known as a balls-to-the-wall action series in its later installments, but the first Rambo movie — simply entitled First Blood — was a quieter, low-key affair about a veteran who couldn’t shake the ghosts of war. Rambone XXX is a direct spoof of First Blood, complete with Bonnie Rotten stepping into the Sylvester Stallone role of the drifting, hard-edged vet who runs afoul of local law enforcement. The movie was released around the same time Rotten was named the 2014 XBIZ Performer of the Year. Though she later moved into semi-retirement following pregnancy, Rambone remains one of her most indelible roles.
Tagline: “This time he’s fighting for his life” is transformed into “This time she’s fucking for her life.”

Trivia: According to XBIZ news article about the movie, the characters were outfitted in fully authentic military and police garb.
Memorable scene: Remember the scene in First Blood where Rambo has sex with his former mentor Colonel Trautman? Probably not, since the movie contains no such moment, but Rambone offers up the equivalent of that provocative pairing in the final scene. Ryan Mclane plays the Trautman character in a scene of sloppy, dirty sex with Rambone. (starts at time code 01:00:31)

The critics said: “The flow of the sex scenes builds in a way that mirrors the “up-the-ante’ mounting intensity of action movie setpieces. Given how effective the non-lampooning elements of the movie are, one almost wishes that director Jordan Septo had a bigger budget and freer rein to satirize Rambo in a slightly more serious way. No matter. The Rambone we have is an equally entertaining hardcore action experience – great sex interspersed with a plot that has enough appeal to encourage repeat viewings.” (Adult Empire)
